Petite Balerine is a story about Leda, a young ballerina from Zagreb. She has finished ballet school in Zagreb and now she is going to Stuttgart to study ballet at a prestige ballet dance academy. The film also features Leda's ballet professor and former croatian prima ballerina Mrs. Miheala Devald and the famous ballet choreographer Mr. Milko Sparemblek who at one time was the director of New York Metropolitan ballet opera (1971). They tell their story about ballet, about their ballet path and what it takes to become a professional ballet dancer.
