“H20” (2015) A Barbados & Caribbean production .The film /Documentary is a creative informative work of visual art, shot on location in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. The scope of the project through “Water cooperation” is an attempt to highlight and introduce awareness to the impact of water sources, and its management. Water management plays a pivotal part in the physical and environmental wellbeing of all living things. According to The United Nations water provides the “fulfilment of basic human needs, our environment, socio-economic development and poverty reduction are all heavily dependent on water.” (UNDESA) Documentary film making is a visual tool used to bring awareness in various subject maters across the globe. Through this marriage of visual film making art, interviews and extensive research the documentary / film “H20 Barbados & Caribbean” attempts to provide awareness but at the same time entertain.

Nominated for actor of the year award during the 2014 Barbados Visual Media Festival and a nomination for the Ministry of the Environment award at the 2014 Nation independence festival for creative Arts. The creative Arts has enabled this young creative mind to represent Barbados at the Caribbean Science and Agriculture Film and Video Competition, also to export documentaries to Europe in conjunction with “Radix” and the Exposhores project made possible by the youth-in Film workshop 2012.Specifications
